CONEXION SERVICES SAS, a company identified with Tax ID (NIT) 901329900-6 (hereinafter "CONEXION" or "the Company"), in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Colombia, adopts this Personal Data Protection Policy to guarantee the fundamental right of Habeas Data of its data subjects.

To exercise any of these rights, the data subject may send a request to info@conexionservices.com, indicating their name, ID document, and specific request. The Company will respond within the terms and deadlines established by Law 1581 of 2012.

6. Validity

This policy is effective as of its publication and will remain in force while CONEXION SERVICES SAS carries out its corporate purpose. Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal obligations.
